New things

In March, i traveled to Israel for the first time in 11 years, to see my beloved friends. That trip was a blast despite some weird shit that happened to my face at the Dead Sea, and I came back all charged with love, Mediterranean breeze and inspiration.

I got busy painting and finished 3 big new paintings in April:

We All Have Our Struggles, 36x36"

Next I finally acquired a diamond band saw and a grinder for the studio, which means that things like this will be much easier to produce!

I can't wait to take my glass to a whole new level with these tools!

Even before I left for Israel, I started realizing that my studio was getting too small for my needs... and fantasizing about a bigger space. Imagine my surprise when i came back and a studio mate announced her space would become available soon! Therefore, since the beginning of May, i'm occupying a space about twice as big as I used to and now have plenty of room to play and create in. Woot woot!

And finally, it's that time of the year when i'm about to hit another number on the age scale! This time, it's 4-dimensional :) i think it'll be fun to see friends, family and strangers come by my newest show in my most natural surroundings - da Studio - and cheer to my birth on this planet. You are invited!
